1. The JOIN button is grayed out and the Meeting Status says 'Not Started'. How do I join?
This is because the moderator has not started the meeting yet. Wait until the session starts and refresh the page.
2. When I click on JOIN, it shows me three options. Which one do I choose?
ActiveX viewer is recommended, but if you are unable to set it up successfully, retry with Java Viewer.
3. I click on JOIN, but I am unable to proceed. What do I do?
You
may have a pop-up blocker. You will see a pale yellow bar on the top of
the browser. It is safe to disable pop-up blocker for zoho.com. Click
on the pale yellow bar and choose to allow pop-ups for this site.
4. I've tried everything, this does not seem to work. Is there an alternative?
Yes, try using a different browser like Internet Explorer, Safari or Firefox. Firefox can be downloaded from www.firefox.com
5. No luck yet. What do I do.
You
do not need the web-conference setup for the first couple of days of
classes. All you need is the powerpoint of the classes and you can
follow the session on the phone! You can always retry later or call me
after class hours to troubleshoot.
